1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

AI Acquisition Solutions provides an automated workflow tool that:

  • Reads lead data from your Google Sheets
  • Filters leads based on specified criteria (e.g., HVAC contractors)
  • Writes filtered results to designated output Google Sheets

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND AUTHENTICATION

  • You must have a valid Google account to use the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must not share your account access with unauthorized parties
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. PERMITTED USE

You may use the Service to:

  • Process your own business lead data
  • Automate data filtering workflows
  • Integrate with your authorized Google Sheets

5. PROHIBITED USE

You must not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to process data you do not have rights to
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
